Henry Ford said it well all those years ago. With all the talk these days about new ways of leading in a new economy, it’s really about finding new ways to get to pretty much the same goals. Working together is always better than working against each other within a company. Sharing knowledge. Reapplying good ideas. Leveraging momentum instead of re-inventing.
